Led a six-month engineering project that opened a new area of Jurata’s business, bringing in customers and recurring revenue. Designed the checkout within the existing ordering system, built versioned data models and automated legal documents. Integrated third-party APIs including Zefix to prefill existing company data, helping customers complete the process faster without entering the same information again.

What I owned and how I delivered +

Designed for legal data integrity

Designed versioned company and person models so each filing retains the correct before-and-after state. Built validation for role changes and share transfers, protecting historical records as new changes move through the system.

Led delivery across the full product

Aligned Product, the CTO and the CEO on scope, risks and delivery. Built Next.js customer journeys, NestJS services, conditional DOCX/PDF generation and operator tools, with teammates contributing across implementation and release.

Stayed accountable after launch

Diagnosed customer-critical incidents, strengthened external integrations and made failed document generation visible and recoverable. Introduced targeted PR tests for faster feedback, backed by full nightly regression suites.

AI integrated into business systems

Connected task classification and recurring-task inference to an AI Gateway at Jurata. Built the integration with server-side authentication, response validation, timeout handling and regression tests.

Reusable skills for coding agents

Developed reusable agent skills for issue triage, implementation, testing and pull-request delivery. Turned repeatable engineering processes into workflows that AI tools can follow and engineers can review.

AI for websites and chatbots

I connect AI models to web interfaces and backend services, bringing full-stack engineering to conversational features, internal tools and AI-enabled customer experiences.
