Flagship Product Work

Company Mutation Automation Platform

Owned the end-to-end build of a platform that lets existing companies change registered details with the commercial register through a largely automated workflow.

I took the project from planning and architecture through implementation, testing, document automation, rollout, and production hardening. Customers enter a change once; the system validates the request, prepares fulfilment data, generates the required documents, syncs the case context, and moves the work forward with minimal human intervention.

End-to-End Ownership

  • Planned and architected the product model for company detail, address, personnel, governance, and ownership changes
  • Built the customer journey across intake, checkout, review, confirmation, support, and follow-up tasks
  • Delivered the backend workflow orchestration, validation rules, document automation, fulfilment events, and sync automation
